For festival and event work the thing that actually decides whether you make the date isn't our postcode — it's when the proof gets approved. Production starts at approval, not at checkout. Approve fast and four to five days of transit is comfortable; sit on the proof for three days and it isn't.

Yes, including on clear vinyl where you want no visible white border on glass. One thing to check first: white is a printed ink, so any white in your artwork either needs a white underbase or will disappear into whatever's behind it. Ask us before ordering if your design has white in it.
Often, but say the date up front. The production clock starts when you approve the proof, so the honest answer depends on when your artwork lands and how fast you turn the proof around. We'd rather tell you it's tight than take the order and miss.
