Ordering & pricing
Ten stickers per design. The per-sticker price drops as the quantity rises, all the way to 10,000 — and you can type any number in between, not just the presets. Banners and corflute have no minimum: one is fine. Need more than 10,000 stickers? Ask us for a trade price.
Stickers start at $25 for ten and fall per unit from there. Banners start at $35, corflute signs at $30. There's no quote form and no setup fee — the builder prices your exact size, finish and quantity live, and that number is what your card is charged.
No. Proofs, revisions and cut-line setup are all included. The only things that change your total are the ones you can see: size, finish, cut, quantity, turnaround and postage.
Yes. Past 10,000 per design, or for a recurring run, send the details through the quote page and we'll price it as a trade job.
You'll get at least that many, and usually a few more. Stickers are printed on full-length sheets and nested to fit, so most runs leave room for extras, and we always print a few spare in case any come off the press less than perfect. Everything that passes goes in the box, free. The quantity you order is the minimum you'll receive — how many extras there are depends on the size and shape, so don't plan a job around them.
Card, processed securely at checkout. Your card details never touch our servers.
Yes, everything on the site is AUD. The price you see is the total payable — no surcharges added at the last step.
Artwork & file setup
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG and AI. Vector files (PDF, SVG, AI) are ideal because they stay sharp at any size. For raster files, aim for 300 DPI or higher at the printed size, For a die-cut that follows your artwork's exact contour, upload as-is and press Remove BG under the preview — the builder cuts the subject out on your own device before anything is sent. If the result isn't what you wanted, order anyway and say so in the notes — we fix the cut line by hand before the proof.
We tell you before we print it, not after. If a file will look soft on stock, the proof comes back with a note and a suggestion — usually a smaller print size, or resupplying the logo as a vector.
Yes, that's what the live builder is for. After you upload, drag the art to reposition it, scroll or use the zoom slider to scale, and rotate it to any angle. Fit, Fill, Centre and Reset snap you back at any time. What you see in the preview is what we proof.
Keep important detail about 2 mm inside the cut line. A cutting plotter has real tolerance, so artwork that runs right to the edge is artwork that sometimes gets clipped. If you want colour all the way out, extend the background past the cut line and let it be trimmed.
Close, but not identical — a screen emits light and ink sits on vinyl, so bright RGB blues and greens shift slightly. If a specific brand colour matters, tell us the value and we'll flag anything that won't hold on the proof.
Send what you've got through the contact page — a logo file, a business card, even a photo. We'll tell you honestly whether we can work from it or whether it needs redrawing first.
Die-cut is cut all the way through, so each sticker is a loose piece in the shape of your artwork. Kiss-cut is cut through the vinyl but not the backing, so the sticker peels off a square backing — easier to hand out, easier to post, and it protects the edges.
Materials & finishes
Our vinyl is waterproof, UV-resistant and dishwasher-safe, rated for five-plus years outdoors. Laptops, water bottles, bumpers, packaging, hard hats — they hold up. The laminate over the print is what does most of that work.
Eight: matte (flat, no glare, takes pen), gloss (sharp contrast, wipes clean), satin (a soft sheen between the two), holographic (rainbow shift in the light), glitter (silver flake under the laminate), chrome (mirror-metallic, always laminated), gold (the same mirror stock in brass tones, also always laminated) and clear (transparent vinyl with no white border and no white ink, for glass and light surfaces).
Matte is the default and the best value — it photographs well and doesn't glare. Gloss if colour punch matters. Holographic is the most-ordered upgrade and the one people actually keep. Clear only if you're sticking to glass or a light surface, or want no visible border — there's no white ink, so anything white in your artwork is see-through and the surface colour shows through the rest.
Standard vinyl is a permanent adhesive: it comes off cleanly from smooth, hard surfaces within the first year or so, and may leave some residue after long outdoor exposure. If you specifically need a removable adhesive, ask — it's not a standard option but we can quote it.
Yes. The vinyl and laminate are rated for outdoor and vehicle use, including through a car wash. Apply to clean, dry paint or glass above about 10°C and leave it a day before washing.
Yes. Choose Custom shape cut in the corflute builder and we contour cut the board to your artwork's outline instead of trimming it square — logo cutouts, product-shaped displays, characters, mascots, life-size people, event and photo-booth props. Up to 1200 mm per piece in the builder — over that, contact us for pricing. It prices at half again on top of the same board straight-cut, shown as its own line before you pay. There's a full guide in Fresh Press.
Yes — the plotter doesn't stop at sticker scale. Wall graphics and full wallpaper, window and shopfront signage, frosted and one-way vision film, vehicle decals and wraps, floor decals, cut lettering and long-run product labels. It's the same printed vinyl and the same cut path, just bigger. These aren't in the builder because the size and the surface change the job too much to price blind — send the details through the quote page and we'll price it properly.
Banners are 440gsm weatherproof PVC or wind-shedding mesh, hemmed on all edges with eyelets, printed to any size up to 6 × 1.5 metres. Corflute is 3mm or 5mm weatherproof fluted board, single or double sided, with optional corner eyelets, cut square or contour cut to any shape.
Proofs & production
Always, and it's free. Every order gets a digital proof from a real person, usually within a business day. Nothing goes to the press until you approve it, and revisions are on us.
As many as it takes. There's no limit and no charge. We would far rather redraw a cut line five times than print the wrong one once.
Before you approve the proof, yes — email us and we'll adjust it. Once the job is on the press it's being cut to your file, so a change after that means a new order.
Yes. A reorder runs at the same settings and skips straight to production, so it's quicker and doesn't need a fresh proof unless something's changed.
In Brisbane, on our own gear, for customers in every state. Nothing is sent offshore and nothing is drop-shipped — so “Australian made” means the press, not just the postage label.
Turnaround & delivery
Standard turnaround is about four business days from proof approval, plus transit. Two-day and next-day production are options at checkout for an extra 25% and 50% respectively. The clock starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order — so approving quickly is the fastest thing you can do.
Shown at checkout before you pay: choose registered post, or express if you need it faster. Each has its own price. If you're in Brisbane, local pickup is free.
Everywhere, tracked. Every state and territory gets the same press, the same free proof and the same production time — only transit differs, because that's distance. Brisbane and South East Queensland are quickest for that reason alone. See the per-state times on our delivery page.
Not at the moment. Everything we print ships within Australia.
Yes, and it's free. Choose Local pickup (Richlands) at checkout instead of post and the shipping cost drops to zero. We don't publish the street address on the site — once your order is in we'll be in touch to confirm the address and a time that suits.
If something goes wrong
If it doesn't match the proof you approved, tell us and we reprint it. Send a photo to orders@neotype.au and we'll sort it — there's no restocking argument.
Then it's on the press as approved, and a reprint is a new order. That's exactly why the proof step exists and why we don't rush you through it — read it properly, check the spelling, check the cut line.
Before you approve the proof, yes, in full. After approval the job is in production and cut to your artwork, so it can't be resold — cancellation past that point isn't possible.
Email orders@neotype.au with your order number and we'll chase the tracking. If it's genuinely lost in transit, we reprint it.
Ask us the one that isn't here.
