A sticker is the smallest way to plant a flag.
Twelve things people actually order from us, and the size, finish and quantity that works for each. Not a mood board — the settings we'd pick if you handed us the job.
What comes off our press.
Every card below carries the spec we'd recommend as a starting point. Change any of it in the builder — these are opinions, not rules. Undecided on a finish? We compared all seven.

Die-cut
Cut all the way through, so each sticker is a loose piece in the shape of your artwork. The one to order for merch, laptops and anything where the shape is the point. Slightly slower to peel, so not ideal for high-volume applying.
Kiss-cut
Cut through the vinyl but not the backing, so it peels off a square backing. The edges are protected in transit, it posts flat in an envelope, and it's much faster to apply — which is why packaging seals and price labels use it.
Four things worth deciding first.
For merch and laptops, 70–90 mm reads well without dominating. For packaging seals, 40–50 mm. For a ute door or a rear window, 150–300 mm. If you're unsure, print your artwork at actual size on paper and hold it against the surface — it settles the argument in ten seconds.
They all use the same laminated vinyl rated five-plus years outdoors, so durability doesn't change much between them. Gloss hides scuffs slightly better on high-contact surfaces like toolboxes and bumpers; matte shows fingerprints less on packaging.
The per-unit price falls steeply between 10 and 500, then flattens. If you'll use them within a year, ordering 500 instead of 100 usually costs less per sticker than a second run of 100 later.
We can get close and we'll flag on the proof anything that won't hold — very bright RGB blues and greens shift most moving from screen to ink. Send the colour value with your file and we'll tell you honestly before printing.
Same press, larger canvas.
Plenty of these jobs come with a second half. The café ordering cup stickers usually needs an A-frame; the market stall needs something above head height; the site that needs gear tags needs a fence sign that survives a Queensland summer.
We print vinyl banners on 440gsm weatherproof PVC or wind-shedding mesh to any size up to 6 × 1.5 metres, and corflute signs in 3mm and 5mm, single or double sided. Same live pricing, same free proof, same reprint promise — and quoted together if you want the lot in one go.
Corflute also doesn't have to be a rectangle. Choose custom shape cut and we contour cut the board to your artwork instead of trimming it square — logo cutouts, product-shaped displays, mascots, life-size people, party and photo-booth props, to 1200 mm a piece in the builder (bigger, contact us for pricing). There's a guide to it in Fresh Press.
And the plotter doesn't stop at sticker scale. The same printed vinyl goes up as wall graphics and full wallpaper, window and shopfront signage, frosted and one-way vision film, floor decals, cut lettering, and vehicle decals and wraps. Those aren't in the builder, because the surface changes the job — tell us the size and we'll price it properly.
