We print & ship
Printed, laminated and contour-cut in Brisbane, then dispatched tracked to anywhere in Australia. About four business days on standard.
What actually happens to your file.
1 · You price it before you commit
Open the sticker builder (or the banner and corflute builders for large format) and set the job up. Stickers start at $25 with a minimum of ten per design, and the per-sticker price falls as the quantity rises — all the way to 10,000, and you can type any number in between rather than picking from the preset buttons.
Everything that changes the price is on screen: size, die-cut or kiss-cut, the seven finishes, whether the run is cut apart or left joined on its backing, and how fast you need it. Standard turnaround is included; two-day and next-day are priced options you can see before you choose them.
2 · You place the artwork yourself
There's a full guide to setting up artwork if you want the detail. In short: we take PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG and AI. Vector (PDF, SVG, AI) is ideal because it stays sharp at any size; for raster files aim for 300 DPI or higher at the printed size. For a true die-cut that follows your artwork's own contour, upload it as-is and press Remove BG under the preview — the builder cuts the subject out on your own device. If the result isn't what you wanted, order anyway and say so in the notes — we fix the cut line by hand before the proof.
In the builder, drag to move, scroll or use the slider to scale, and rotate to any angle. Fit, Fill, Centre and Reset snap you back if you overshoot. The dashed line in the preview is the real cut line — keep important detail a couple of millimetres inside it, because a cutting plotter has tolerance and a logo that touches the edge is a logo that sometimes gets clipped.
3 · A person looks at it before the press does
This is the step most cheap sticker sites skip. Your file lands with us, someone opens it, and you get a digital proof back — normally within a business day — showing the artwork on the shape you chose with the cut line drawn on.
We flag the things that go wrong quietly:
- Resolution that will look soft once it's printed rather than on a screen.
- Text or logo detail sitting inside the cut tolerance.
- Fine hairlines and thin strokes that vinyl won't hold cleanly.
- Colours that will shift moving from RGB on your monitor to ink on stock.
- A die-cut path your artwork doesn't actually support.
Say yes and the job goes to the press. Say no and nothing happens until you're happy. There's no revision limit and no revision charge.
4 · We print, cut and send it
UV inks onto premium vinyl, then a laminate over the top — that's the layer doing the waterproofing and the UV resistance, and it's why the stock is rated five-plus years outdoors, dishwasher included. Then it goes to the plotter to be contour-cut to your line.
Every sheet is printed to its full length and nested to fit, and we always run a few spare in case any come off the press less than perfect — so the box usually holds more stickers than you ordered. The extras are free; the number you paid for is the minimum.
Standard is about four business days from proof approval. Two-day and next-day production are available at checkout. Everything ships tracked; postage is a flat per-order fee shown at checkout, not a surprise weight calculation — and if you're in Brisbane, local pickup at Richlands is free.
If what arrives doesn't match the proof you approved, tell us and we reprint it.
Process questions.
For a standard job: proof within a business day of ordering, then about four business days on the press and in transit once you approve it. Two-day and next-day turnaround are options at checkout if that's too slow.
Then nothing prints. Tell us what to change and we'll send a revised proof. Revisions are free and there's no limit on them — we would much rather redraw a cut line five times than print the wrong one once.
Before you approve the proof, yes — email us and we'll adjust it. Once a job is on the press it's being cut to your file, so changes after that mean a new order.
Yes. Reorders skip straight to production at the same settings, so a repeat run is quicker and doesn't need a new proof unless you've changed something.
Step one takes two minutes.
Price your job, upload your art and see the proof before you decide anything. Nothing is charged until you check out.
