Reviews

No stars. Yet.

Every print shop on the internet has 4.9 out of 5. Most of those numbers are decoration. We've printed for more than a hundred customers, we haven't collected a verified review platform's worth of ratings yet, and we're not going to invent one to fill this page — so here's what we'll stand behind instead, in writing.

The guarantee

What a rating can't tell you anyway.

A star average tells you how other people felt. These four tell you what happens if your job goes wrong — which is the only thing you actually want to know before you spend money with a printer you've never used.

You see it before we print it

Every single order gets a digital proof from a real person, usually within a business day, with the cut line drawn on. Nothing reaches the press until you say yes. That's not an upsell and it's not a premium tier — it's the only way we run jobs.

Revisions are free and unlimited

Change your mind about the size, the placement, the cut path or the whole artwork. There's no revision count and no revision fee. We'd rather redraw a cut line five times than print the wrong one once.

If it doesn't match, we reprint it

Send a photo to orders@neotype.au. If what arrived isn't what you approved, we run it again. No restocking argument, no forensics, no asking you to post it back first.

The price doesn't move

What the builder shows is what your card is charged. No setup fee revealed at checkout, no artwork fee, no minimum-order surcharge hiding in the total. Postage — registered or express — is a figure you see before you pay.

Why this page is like this

Fake reviews are easy to buy and easy to spot.

You can buy a hundred five-star reviews for less than a run of stickers costs. Every business in this category knows it, which is why an unbroken wall of glowing testimonials on a shop you've never heard of is weak evidence rather than strong.

Search engines know it too. Marking up a rating you can't substantiate is against Google's structured-data policy, and the pages that do it get their rich results pulled — sometimes the whole site's. So there's no AggregateRating in this page's source. You can check.

When there are enough genuine reviews to be worth showing, they'll appear here with names attached and no editing. Until then, the four promises above are the ones we'd want to read.

Printed with us? Tell us how it went.

Good or bad. Bad is more useful — it's the only way the next job gets better, and we'd rather hear it than read it later somewhere we can't reply. If it went well, a Google review is the single most useful thing you can do for a small print shop.

Work off the press turns up most weeks on Instagram — real jobs for real customers, which is the closest thing to a portfolio we keep.

Ready when you are

Judge us on a proof, not a number.

The proof is free and you can walk away after seeing it. That's a better test of a printer than anyone else's five stars.
